This article investigates the problem of simultaneous attitude and vibration control of a flexible spacecraft to perform high precision attitude maneuvers and reduce vibrations caused by the flexible panel excitations in the presence of external disturbances, system uncertainties, and actuator faults. Adaptive integral sliding mode control is used in conjunction with an attitude actuator fault iterative learning observer (based on sliding mode) to develop an active fault tolerant algorithm considering rigid-flexible body dynamic interactions. The discontinuous structure of fault-tolerant control led to discontinuous commands in the control signal, resulting in chattering. This issue was resolved by introducing an adaptive rule for the sliding surface. Furthermore, the utilization of the sign function in the iterative learning observer for estimating actuator faults has not only enhanced its robustness to external disturbances through a straightforward design, but has also led to a decrease in computing workload. The strain rate feedback control algorithm has been employed with the use of piezoelectric sensor/actuator patches to minimize residual vibrations caused by rigid-flexible body dynamic interactions and the effect of attitude actuator faults. Lyapunov's law ensures finite-time overall system stability even with fully coupled rigid-flexible nonlinear dynamics. Numerical simulations demonstrate the performance and advantages of the proposed system compared to other conventional approaches.

Background and Objectives: The maintenance phase of periodontal treatment is a part of therapy that starts immediately after the active treatment of gingivitis and periodontits. The aim of this study was to evaluate the compliance of patients in our society with maintencnce recalls and also determine the correlation between the compliance and some variables such as gender, age, occupation and type of therapy.Materials and Methods: In a retrospective study, we studied the medical files of 700 patients in two private periodontal offices, and the required information recorded on the forms prepared for this study. In these forms, patients were classified by age, sex, occupation and type of therapy and their compliance with supportive periodontal treatment (SPT).Results: In general, 3.4% out of the patients had complete compliance, 7.3% had fair compliance, 53.3% had sporadic compliance and 36% of the patients never return for SPT. There was a significant relationship between the compliance with gender and occupation, but the relationship between the compliance with age and type of therapy was not significant.Conclusion: According to the results of this study, dentists must emphasize the need for maintenance therapy after the active periodontal treatment to their patients.

Terrorism is a phenomenon that has been challenging the security of many countries throughout the history, particularly in the last decade, and inflicted irreversible losses. One of the most important plans of all countries, particularly those that are victims of the terrorism, is to punish the terrorists. According to statute of the International Criminal Court (ICC), the task of investigating this crime lies outside of the jurisdiction of ICC, and rests upon the governments. Countries that are victims of terrorism, such as Iran, use their criminal jurisdiction in an attempt to punish the perpetrators of the terrorist events. By accepting the principle of individual jurisdiction, Iran has taken important steps towards fighting against this heinous crime. The method that Iran has adopted for handling this crime is totally different from those adopted for the other crimes. This method is among the internal laws such as Iranian aviation and maritime laws.

One of the derivatives of the inheritance discussion is the subject of compliance or non-compliance of option inheritance with property inheritance. When some of the heirs are deprived of the property itself, the question arises as to whether or not those persons will also be deprived of the right of option belonging to that property. To answer this question, various opinions have been expressed by jurisprudents. The disagreement is rooted in the concept of option. In this paper, by adopting nullificatory conception of option and illustrating option right’s independence of property and accepting its relationship with contract, the famous theory of the jurisprudents concerning non-compliance of property inheritance with option inheritance is consolidated. This analysis is meant to apply the silence and general acceptance of the civil law to the famous theory. Data were collected through library method and analyzed using descriptive-analytical method.

Tax revenue is the most important resource of governments to fund state's current expenditures with the least undesirable economic effects. Therefore, tax administration as a collector authority should increase tax revenue by promoting taxpayers to pay their tax obligations voluntarily according to the law. Today self assessment and voluntary compliance are the most popular approach to collect the taxes effectively. This paper by the use of Jenkins and Forlemu findings provides an overview of the subject of effective factors on tax compliance and core elements of taxpayer service approach. At the same time, it has attempted to emphasize on close connection between voluntary compliance, taxpayer services and implementation of information technology products. So the paper provides a conceptual framework of voluntary compliance, typology of compliance models and service-oriented approach by using information systems. Finally it contains a discussion of the key elements of Jenkins and Forlemu's taxpayer service approach.

Objective: People who have higher social health can more successfully deal with the challenges and ups and downs of playing key social roles and participate more in collective activities and prevent social deviations and anomalies. In this regard, foresight and the development of a forward-looking strategy model by the media can play an important role in promoting the social health of their audience (individuals).Method: This research has been done qualitatively and quantitatively. In the qualitative phase, content analysis and Q methods were used, and in the quantitative phase, factor analysis was used to analyze the Q method data.Results: The content analysis of the media in this study showed that the most media production in the field of social deviations with 576 cases and the lowest media production in the field of violence with 237 cases. The field of social quality with 485 and the field of social issues with 312 cases are in the second and third ranks. A small questionnaire was made and based on it, the desired model was designed using PLS software. Conclusion: This model showed that the function of media is effective in promoting social health of society and can have the greatest impact on improving quality of life, reducing violence, reducing social deviations and social issues.
